Afrique Métal Art Namibia

About

Hand-forged in Namibia

for the collector

More than décor

Afrique Métal exists for the collector who wants more than décor: someone who sees the beauty of African wildlife, the rarity of handcrafted art, and the value of owning something truly unique.

Each piece is individually hand-forged, shaped in fire and finished by skilled metal artists who bring life, movement and emotion into steel. No moulds. No mass production. Only true craftsmanship.

Welcome to a world where metal becomes emotion, heritage becomes art, and every creation tells the story of Africa.

How a piece is made

From scrap to sculpture

  1. 01

    Salvage

Discarded machine parts, plate and chain are gathered and sorted by shape.

  2. 02

    Forge

Parts are heated, cut and hammered into the curves of muscle and bone.

  3. 03

    Weld

The form is built up piece by piece, by hand, with no moulds.

  4. 04

    Finish & certify

Surfaces are finished and each work is documented with its certificate.

Certificate of Valuation and Authenticity

Every piece is accompanied by a certificate documenting its provenance, artistic value and collectible significance.
